Booking guidelines

Plan ahead.

Please book at least 24 hours before pickup. Short-notice requests are subject to availability and a last-minute booking fee, which STRUT2 will confirm before you book.

Changes and cancellations.

For hourly services, cancellation is permitted without a cancellation charge when made at least two hours before the scheduled pickup. This two-hour rule applies only to hourly services; it does not establish the cancellation terms for airport transfers or chartered events.

For airport transfers, weddings, and other chartered services, request the applicable cancellation terms with your quote and review them before confirming. Contact STRUT2 promptly if your plans change.

The first-time rider offer.

First-time riders receive 20% off the return airport transfer when booking a round trip. If the outbound journey is canceled, the discount does not apply. Chartered services, including weddings, are excluded. Ask STRUT2 to confirm the offer in your booking total.

Your confirmation.

Submitting or emailing a quote request does not reserve a vehicle. Review the itinerary, price, waiting allowances, additional charges, and service-specific terms provided by STRUT2 before confirming your reservation.
