How far ahead should I book?
Please book at least 24 hours before pickup. For shorter notice, contact STRUT2 to check availability and the applicable last-minute booking fee before confirming.
What is the first-time rider offer?
First-time riders booking a round trip receive 20% off the return airport transfer. If the outbound journey is canceled, the return discount no longer applies. Ask STRUT2 to confirm the discounted total when booking.
What if my flight changes?
Notify STRUT2 promptly and confirm revised pickup arrangements. Ask about waiting allowances, additional charges, and cancellation terms when booking.
Does requesting a quote confirm my ride?
No. A quote request starts the conversation. Your ride is confirmed when STRUT2 issues a reservation confirmation.
Can I request a child seat or other arrangements?
Include your requirements when requesting a quote. Availability and any charges must be confirmed before travel.
