These terms and conditions govern the use of our Strut2 website and our limousine car service. By using our website or booking our service, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Instances where service may be refused include but are not limited to, clients exhibiting aggressive behavior, intoxication, or refusal to adhere to safety regulations.
Fare Changes: All fares are subject to change without prior notice. Factors influencing fare changes include fluctuations in fuel prices, regulatory changes, or changes in operating costs.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will incur a fee equivalent to a portion of the total fare, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
Damage Charges: Any damage caused by the client or their guests to the vehicle will result in a repair fee charged to the client. Clients are responsible for any damages incurred during their use of the vehicle, including but not limited to, interior damage, exterior damage, or damage to amenities provided.
Delays and Missed Flights: We are not responsible for any delays or missed flights caused by traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to provide timely and reliable service, external factors beyond our control may affect travel times. Clients are advised to plan their journeys accordingly, allowing for buffer time to accommodate potential delays
Prohibited Activities: Smoking, drug use, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Clients and their guests are expected to adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding substance use and consumption while in our vehicles. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of service without refund
Termination of Service: We reserve the right to terminate the ride at any time if the client or their guests behave inappropriately or pose a danger to the driver or other passengers. In such instances, no refunds will be provided, and clients will be responsible for arranging alternative transportation.
Lost or Stolen Items: We are not liable for any lost or stolen items left in the vehicle. Clients are advised to ensure all personal belongings are accounted for before exiting the vehicle. In the event of lost items, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in their recovery but cannot guarantee their retrieval.
Injuries: Our company is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the transportation service. Clients and their guests are responsible for their own safety while in the vehicle, including exercising caution when entering or exiting the vehicle and adhering to safety guidelines provided by the driver.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically for updates or changes.
By using our website or booking our service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in refusal of service or termination of the ride.
